Happy New Year 2025!

Often with the beginning of a new year it is helpful to review the past year and contemplate a direction based on that review. As we have looked back a bit, there are things we never want to change and our focus for Four Sisters Farm…Lavender included…remains the same.

My look backward actually took me to our old blog (https://foursistersfarm.blogspot.com/) and I found a post from 2012 in which I had written the following:

“The work isn't about us at all...this place is a tool to be used as God sees fit.  We bought the place knowing that God had plans for it that we knew nothing about.  It brings us joy to share it with our family and our friends; and to wait and see what God will do with it...and us.” 

As 2025 begins, we are confident we are where we are supposed to be. We know the year will unfold exactly as it should and we are confident that God’s good and perfect will is what will unfold before us. Even when things don’t go as we hope, we will rest in God’s unfailing love and watch to see what He will bring about.

With that confidence, we look forward to sharing Four Sisters Farm and the lavender we grow here with family and friends (old and new) here at the farm and beyond. May God bless our family and friends in amazing ways in 2025.
